We have a parent folder with several child folders.
Some users need access to some of the child folders but have nothing to do with the others.
How (and where) can I set permissions so users open the parent folder and only get to see those child folders they have access to

My MD wants to be able to view outgoing mail from a number of users.
In AD - User Properties - Exchange Advanced - Mailbox Rights, I can give him access to any users mailbox.
However when he uses File - Open - Other users folder he only has (Calendar, Contacts, Inbox, Journal, Notes, Tasks)...
