    exporting to tape problem

    Whenever I try to export to tape I only get black. When I exicute the record the deck responds and starts to record but when I play it back I have no signal. Does anyone know where I need to start looking to fix this problem.

    Premire Pro export to tape???

    I have adobe premire pro and I am trying to export to tape but am having trouble doing so. Can I just export to tape using my firewire or can I only import that way. Do I need to use sVideo or component. If so I need to get a new graphic and sound card. Please advise me on this.
