SAFE MODE problem
My Win2k Server edition does not allow me to Cut & Paste (I've tried FixBlast, Stinger and Norton - neither of them works). Now, I can't Install stuff --- like the MS patches (or pack 4) or a Norton 9.0 server SW or any software. I get a message saying I'm in SAFE MODE - but I'm not! I can't...- WinUser1Billion1
