Recently I am seeing an issue where whe have I1140 sets have a issue where they cant adjust the volume. They are stuck with a high ringer volume. It takes a reboot of the phone to resolve the issue.
I have a cs1000 on release 5.0 we have a issue were polycoms will not conference. When you hit the flash key it drops the calls.
The set programing looks good and our conference loops are working. Any suggestions?

We are trying to migrate a Meridian Mail 13 to a Call Pilot 5.0. The migration tape that we received is a meridian mail to call pilot 4.0. Does anyone know if that will work or does it cause issues.
