    i1140 sets ringer won't turn down

    Recently I am seeing an issue where whe have I1140 sets have a issue where they cant adjust the volume. They are stuck with a high ringer volume. It takes a reboot of the phone to resolve the issue.

    We are trying to migrate a Meridian Mail 13 to a Call Pilot 5.0. The migration tape that we received is a meridian mail to call pilot 4.0. Does anyone know if that will work or does it cause issues.

    Migrating symposium 4.2 to CC 6.0

    I am planning on upgrading a symposium 4.2 to a contact center 6.0. I am planning on a co-resident ccms and ccma. Can I do the migration as described in the CCMS install NTP and then install the ccma portion after the license manager? Then install the other components
