    Moving WSO Server

    I have WSO installed on the MAS currently and in service. I want to move WSO to a stand alone server. Should I uninstall WSO on the MAS before I start the install on the new server? Thanks MJ

    Adding MAS to existing config

    Hi I have to add a second MAS to an existing MAS with MSS backend config. I found the upgrade document that talks about the steps to setup a second server and moving services but what about the caller apps. Do they need to be re-deployed. Any other tips will be appreciated as well. Thx MJ

    Not Ready Reason Code on RTD

    Not Ready Reason code do not show on the RTD. The RTD was customized to add the reason code column and the reason is populating properly in reports but doesn't show up on RTD. Any suggestions appreciated. MJ

    deleted messages repeated before disconnect

    Hi MM 3.1 with MSS backend. When a subscriber checks messages and delete the deleted messages start repeating at the end before they hang up. Once they hang up the messages are gone but is there any way for it not to repeat? Some magical setting perhaps. Thanks M

    Network agent Idle but call not presented

    SCCS 5.0. Network with 2 sites. Agent logged in both sites Local site agent Not Ready, Remote site agent idle. Call placed at local site but never gets presented to idle agent at remote site. Tried virtual queuing and overflow queuing. Agent can recieve local calls.

    Skillset missing in Skillset Report

    I have a few skillsets that are missing from reports and they seem to appear 2 weeks later in reports. Not sure how pegging is done for skillset reports. I know that its supposed to peg 0 active time for skillsets not staffed but some do not even show.

    Skillset State shows 0

    Web Client 4.5 Skillset Real Time Display shows 0 under Skillset State column when agents are staffed. If not staffed the skillset disappears. Is there a way to know which skillsets are not staffed in Web Client. In the thick client it shows "In Service" or "Out of Service(NA)" Thanks
