    make object non-printing?

    I have switched to INDCS from Pagemaker (Mac). In pagemaker, it is easy to select an object and make it a non-printing element. So far I can't find a way to do this in IND. Anyone know how? Thanks.

    computer beeps opening PM files

    Suddenly some of my PM files cause the computer to beep from 2 to as many as 8 times when certain files are double-clicked to open.
