    IP500 v1 fails after power down

    Just an observation, we have seen 3 IP500 V1's not power up after either power failure or shutdown to move them. Is this a pattern for anyone else?

    We have our main listed number directed to a vector that accomplishes the functionality of an auto-attendant, however, when a caller chooses to dial-by-name, the caller id is not passed to the called party. The vms tags voicemails with caller id, but not after they dial by name. Please help?

    Voicemail to Email Runs once?

    I have a IPO 3.1.56 VMP-3.1.16, sends an email for the first message, but never again until service is stopped and restarted. This was a self-support customer adding the service and I havn't seen it, just woundering if anyone has seen it yet. Works fine at home.

    SCN Multiple time zones?

    Has anyone set up SCN with Centralized VMPro - Is there any way to get timestamp to depict the local time? Messages left for a user in a different timezone stamps the time as if it was left at the Main site. Customer doesn't like it.

    I have a customer that wants to direct callers to a prompt that allows callers to enter a callback number (DTMF style), then pages a person and spits out this callback number into a pager. Removing the calling in to retreive a voicemail step from the equasion. Any ideas?
