    Tranferred Calls Go to VM

    Hi All, If someone in my office is on the phone and someone else tries to transfer a call to them, it automatically goes into their VM instead of ringing their second line appearance. Call waiting is enabled, so I'm not sure what else could be the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, John

    Lamps on 4450 Not Lighting

    I have a 4450 DSS attached to a 4424. There are buttons assigned to the DSS, and they can be used to answer a call, but they do not light up. Would this be a hardware issue, like a defective 4450? Or am I missing something? Ta for any advice.

    IMS Not Embedding VM
