Just upgraded a IPO 412 from 3.0 (40) to 3.0 (44). Seems to be working fine, except for the fact that users can only connect to their mailboxes if the VM Pro services are stopped and restarted. VM Pro is at the latest release.
Anyone have a similar issue? Could it be the upgrade...

If someone in my office is on the phone and someone else tries to transfer a call to them, it automatically goes into their VM instead of ringing their second line appearance. Call waiting is enabled, so I'm not sure what else could be the problem. Any suggestions?

Feeling kind of dumb asking this, but I can't think of how to set up tranferring a call to voicemail. Is it a short code in IPO Manager, or is it in the call flow of VM Pro? Both?

I have a 4450 DSS attached to a 4424. There are buttons assigned to the DSS, and they can be used to answer a call, but they do not light up. Would this be a hardware issue, like a defective 4450? Or am I missing something?

I'm using IMS to send VM's to Exchange e-mail accounts. It works fine, except that when the VM alert message shows up in Outlook, it does not have the embedded VM. I can receive the attached .wav file, though, if I set it to that.
Any ideas?
