    Brightstor backup to other device

    HP laptop keyboard - shift/function keys not responding

    Hello I have just bought an HP nx7000 notebook. I seem to be having a problem with the keyboard. Neither of the shift keys or the function key seems to work. I have Windows XP Professional OS. I would be very grateful if someone could assist me with this. Many Thanks Melanie
