    Audio not working through softphone

    The licenses are installed for 'Phone Manager Pro IP Audio Enabled' but When trying to make or receive a call from 'Phone Manager Pro' the ringing occurs correctly but there is no audio. What should I be looking for to fix this? Any help appreciated, thanks.
