    DTIB not woking

    Installed a Starplus STS with 24 bt phs. Put system back in default. The first 8 phones work. The additional DTIB in slot 3 that should support 8 more is not responding. can't seem to find if i need to tell system a 2nd DTIB is installed. Any help would be appreciated.

    Vodavi 616 EK MUL button

    Here is a blast from the past. A customers home system is a Vodavi 616 EK. I can't find in the manual how to program line-4 from a mul button back to line-4. There is 1 phone that has L-4 on it appearing & ringing but no other. I can get into programming. Checked for no privacy, no restrictions...

    Remote access with DID

    Customer wants to remote access MICS 7.1 by calling DID (L191) and enter a password then be able to make International calls. I tried using rem access line but system will not let me enter any line number over 156 (last before DID range) Any thoughts?

    CP100 DN lenght

    Can I change DN lenght from 2 to 4 without reprogramming?

    I have CICS with 2 digit ext & want to replace with MICS with service card & T-1 card for PRI, no expansion card needed. Can I keep it at 2 digit extension so I don't have to reprogram CP100?

    Mbox Answer DID With No Connection

    I know I have done this before, but don't have a system I can look at programming currently. I have MICS 6.1, CP150 4 digit DID, 4 digit DN, 4 digit Mbox. I want to have DID answered by guest mbox without digital or analog connection.Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
