We have an active DID extension with a phone and vm - the person is rarely in the office, so most calls go to the vm, however, a lot of callers press "0" and get transferred to the CAS operator (major pain for the operator).

We rebooted the Magix this afternoon and everything seems to work with a glaring exception:
Messaging is not picking up calls - extensions simply ring endlessly and the Auto Attendant is also not functioning.

Is there a way to activate the call forwarding feature if you don't have access to a desk set? I can get into WINSPM remotely, but can't figure out how to make calls to make extension forward to my cell.

Pool 70 = #801 (a POTS line)
Pool 890 = #813, 814, 815, 816, 817, 818 (6 chnls from PRI)

We've recently installed a PRI for local voice and IP. Our 911 calls are not leaving the Merlin Magix PBX - the calls simply return dead air and testing we've done with the local carrier indicate that the attempt to reach 911 isn't relaying to the PSTN.
