has anyone tried the Avaya IP handsets with Asterisk? i know the cisco ones work

i have a huntgroup with queueing enabled, if there are no enabled members or all members are on no calls, the call just stays in the queue, is there a way to send the call to voicemail? there are also queued and still queued messages enabled, if after 3 still queued messages can it go to VM?

is there a way with shortcodes to join a huntgroup you are not a member of? then also a code to leave?

is there a way to reduce or eliminate the 3 rings a caller gets before entering voicemail to leave a message?

i am getting strange things with the SCN ext to ext calls where the voice quality is unreadable but if they call the full number which goes via LCR over the vpn as well the voice qaulity is perfect, is there difference in the codecs used by LCR as compared to SCN?
