I have around 5 devices that I can't ping after a power outage. The device's are in working order. The devices are also on a separate vlan. I can see the device's MAC address, port is up, but can't ping the devices from the switch. Any idea on how I should troubleshoot this? I'm pretty new...

Can you add Unique Indexes to an Access database that has been long since created? Will it mess with the queries in the database? I'm trying to upsize this monsterous database to MSSQL Server and would hate to have to recreate the table structure from scratch. Does anyone know?
I just upsized my database from Access to MS SQL Server and it mostly ran smoothly. There were some tables, stated in the error report, that weren't upsized along with the database because the tables didn't have unique indexes.
Since it worked in Access, how would I go about getting the tables...
Can anyone tell me how to upsize a database from Access to MSSQL Server? I've been trying and keep getting an "Overflow" error.
Also, does all your tables have to have primary keys in order to change databases(Access to MSSQL Server)? I'd appreciate if I could get some tips on this issue...
