My boss wants to configure our csi pbx to send a busy tone when all our agent were engaged until announcement board be available. Our problem was,when the number(pointed to vdn assign to our agent) dialed by our customer,they just always getting a ringing but my boss wants them to get a busy...
Does anyone here can explain what the differences between the option when issuing a command reset system level 1(warm restart), 2(Cold-2) 3(Cold1, 4(Reboot), and 5(Extended Reboot) on my csi pbx.

we have 2 different providers to call international(Provider A and Provider B), we also have 2 different client inside our company(Client A and Client B). My question now is, how our Client A be routed to Provider A and Client B be routed to Provider B only.
