    Giving access to a single service

    Hi, I have a user who needs to work on a WIndows 2000 server using remote desktop. However, the permissions need to be well controlled. One of the tak the user wil have to do is to start/stop web services everyday. How Can I give him access only to this service? Thanks for your help!

    Windows 2000 vs Windows 2003 DC
