At our hospital we have it so patients on there analog patient phones can use 8 to get an outside operator for long distance. Today it just rings fast busy. Anyone know where to look for this in the switch?
I'd like to put pur "Line 1000" on a phantom TN. It's an extension that hospital patients use to praise or complain about there experience. It's just for voice mail.
Is this a class of service that is suppose to be enabled?

Patients at our hosiptal are accidently forwarding their phones to who knows where. I did a LST on one last night and it was forwarded to 0##. That tells me that someone accidently did it vs purposely setting it. I know it probably a class but don't have the manual handy right now.
