    Users can pick up calls on lines in use

    I'm new to the Norstar and I've been wrestling with this one for a couple of days now... When a user is on the phone another user can pick up the line that is in use and listen in on the conversation. I'm wondering if I can turn this "feature" off so the conversation remains private?
