    Lost Tapi issue

    Hi there, I have lost tapi as an option in dialing properties within Outlook on Win XP. I have tried to uninstall\re-install tapi and also have tried to add\remov it from phone\modem options. Have even tried changing login etc. Anyone come accross this?
