Has anyone ever had an issue with "double talking"? For example, if you call an automated message and try to speak during it, it mutes the automated message until you stop talking. I have disabled vad and also tried disabling echo cancellation. Any suggestions?

I have been going back and forth with a vendor about caller id. They claim that I am not sending, however, I see clearly in my Q931 that it is being sent. I have other PRI's that are configured the exact same as this one. This is what their equipent shows.

I have a dedicated LD that I cannot send local calls out. I have made all ars analysis that expect 7 digit to go to one route pattern and send first to the regular PRI. Is there another place that I have to change for 7 digit dialing or local calls?

Basically local calls go to x6xxx with cov path 95. Coverage path 95 has four cov answer groups in order.

It may just be Friday, but I have set up several hunt groups and never had a problem. For some reason this one hunt group is ringing busy. It is an ACD. I think I have it set up the same as another one exactly since I have been comparing. Any ideas, what would make it ring busy?

Over the weekend, the air conditioning in our phone room failed and this morning, no ringing is on incoming calls for the caller side. The called party hears the rings.
As well as the following I noticed.
MTCE Card: Red on major and minor alarms
Processor Card: Red on major and minor alarms...
When calling a phone, the caller does not hear the ring tone, however, the called party does. This is for incoming calls and internal calls.
Basically, when calling, you hear dead air... Any suggestions. This is for all phones.

In my route patterns, I have set up trunk group orders... I think it is done incorrectly however, because I am seeing group overflow and %block in the first trunk group when I have plenty availability in the second trunk, hence it is not rolling over if all busy.

I have set up a hunt group with a coverage path to go to secretary if not answered. I want to be able to roll over to a different auto attendant on certain hours. I already use Time of Day for other auto-attendants, but am not sure how to integrate into the hunt group.
