    installing QuarkXpress 5????

    Hi. I'm new at this, but í've tried to install a version of Xpress on my XP. After installing I get the following error: "This system's regional settings are incompatible with this version of QuarkXpress [86']", can someone explain me what I've done wrong and how to solve this? thx
