    Station to Station call accounting

    I have a g3 definity version 11 PBX. We get the outbound and inbound calls printing out of the printer port to the Microcall software on a PC. How do you configure the PBX to send cdr records for extension to extension call accounting records. Thanks for you help.

    delete dialed digits

    Users are dialing 1704-xxx-xxxx for local numbers mistakenly. ARS was routing to long distance T-1. Changed ARS Analysis to route to local CO lines but can not get the PBX to delete the 1 in front of the dial number string. Local numbers require 10 digits. The route pattern I used has Trunk...
