I keep getting this error, and have ZERO idea how to fix it.
8851 is the CDN, it points to ACD 2500.
I have people logged in to catch calls and still get this error.

Running SCCS 4.2 CP, Opt 11 C with latest patches for 25.40.

Folks, I think some of my Phantom calls/missing calls is related to this bug.
Both lines affected are generating Bug0195 errors. In looking at the SIO/SM manual, it says 'BLOCK_PTR could not be found in specified queue. Procedure REMOVE.

Ok, my boss wants a live operator to answer instead of only having the Call Pilot / Symposium scripting answer. Then have her transfer the call to the call groups.
What am I missing here? I think it can be done, but I am not 100 percent positive.
