We have 3 Avaya VM servers, on two of the servers, we can reply to vm left in my in box, on the third server, the option to reply to sender is not even there, anyone know where/how to turn that feature on that server ?

So here's the issue. We have emergency analog phones set up thru out our site. Our empergency dispatcher has the KBA module, with various GRC's on it, and they also have SCN's of the group members on the KBA.
The GRC key will not work when iniating a group call, however the scn key flashes...
Hey guys, I have a tech reporting an error message on a 2250 set. Apparently the display reads "emergency" and displays the date and time and nothing else.
Any ideas what this might mean, or where I can find some documentation on it ?

Trying to back out of voicemail and ** doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone know if there is a feature to turn on the ** feature to enable backing out to a menu ?
I cannot remember for the life of me how to set up a hotdial on the M1. Basically it's just a direct line to call for a shuttle. Can anyone point me in the direction to set one up.
