    Redial Problems

    I have an IPO 403 release 3.0(40) with 4620 ip phones. I can't get the redial to work. It will only show 2 or maybe 3 digits that were dialed. I have tried to change the dial delay time (I am currently set at 4000ms) this didn't make any difference at all. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

    I have an ipo403 v2.1 and I am having problems with the call log and the redial on the 4620 ip hardphone. Everything says unavalible even if the caller id comes through to the phone any ideas on what my problem might be?
