Does anyone know what could be causing SCCS 4.2 to display duplicate agents in the real time display window? The server has the latest PEP and updates. How can I fix this?

I am problems trying to map an agent to a supervisor phoneset. Does any one know how to define a key mapping for SCCS 4.2. If it's defined in the pbx switch it will be removed until its defined correctly in SCCS. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
