    Setting up phone at remote site?

    Can anyone tell me where I can get the steps in setting up a phone on a remote site?I have a VPN(router to router)link between the NBX100 and the remote site, the person works from home.I know how to do this on Avaya IP Office but haven't used 3COM product(NBX100)very much. Need help!!!

    In phone manager the user icons (speed dials)don't lite up with the Blue for DND, Red for on the phone, ect.It works on some machines and not others.Also some pc's it will work sometimes and not others.Ip Office Release 2.1.All users are on the same subnet.Does anyone have an idea?

    phone manager missing buttons!

    I have 2 different ip offices both running phone manager pro licences. On one system phone manager has more buttons(ie:dnd).These buttons are not on the the other system.Agent mode is also greyed out under preferences. Can someone please help??

    I have a custumer who wants the outcalling to always use the same Analog trunk,so they can tell if it is a real call from the shop or if it is just an outcall not.(They want to this without picking up the phone) Can anyone help?

    eblf not working in softconsole

    I have an ip office working on multiple subnets, on the subnet where the ip office is you can see when users are on the phone or forwarded(speed dials)[phone manager/softconsole]You can not see this on other subnets,you just see the user with no lights. Please help

    SoftConsole holding a call on screen thats not there

    I have softconsole and it freezes up on the section where the incoming call is (it looks like you have a call coming in but you don't)You have to log out and then log back in to fix the problem.

    I have an ip office on 1 subnet and need 2 other subnets to be able to access them(PHONE MANAGER,SOFTCONSOLE)The IT people say they have done everything on their end,how is the set up different from from all being on one subnet. Please HELP!!!
