How does the intercom between phones work I enter a name and ID on each phone. There are 7 phones.I hit the intercom button dial the # and it works sometimes but then will be busy and stay busy for a while. Can anyone help?

In phone manager the user icons (speed dials)don't lite up with the Blue for DND, Red for on the phone, ect.It works on some machines and not others.Also some pc's it will work sometimes and not others.Ip Office Release 2.1.All users are on the same subnet.Does anyone have an idea?
I have 2 different ip offices both running phone manager pro licences. On one system phone manager has more buttons(ie:dnd).These buttons are not on the the other system.Agent mode is also greyed out under preferences. Can someone please help??

I have an ip office working on multiple subnets, on the subnet where the ip office is you can see when users are on the phone or forwarded(speed dials)[phone manager/softconsole]You can not see this on other subnets,you just see the user with no lights. Please help
I have softconsole and it freezes up on the section where the incoming call is (it looks like you have a call coming in but you don't)You have to log out and then log back in to fix the problem.
I have an ip office on 1 subnet and need 2 other subnets to be able to access them(PHONE MANAGER,SOFTCONSOLE)The IT people say they have done everything on their end,how is the set up different from from all being on one subnet.
