Please correct me if I am wrong. I have a CP100 with 2.1 software. I physically see 2 ports on the the unit. Does this mean that only 2 calls at a time, (whether internal or external calls going to the AA) are able to utilize the system at a time? call 1 comes in and is answered by AA, meanwhile...
Here is the scenario.
5 lines ringing in answered by AA. Home node menu options give callers 3 options. Option #3 xfers calls to ext 246, if NA or Busy xfer to to 238, if NA or busy xfers to 230, if NA or busy xfer to 231.

I have a MICS 0x32 6.0sw.
5 lines. Able to make outgoing calls on all 5 lines, but incoming calls act as if noone is on the other end. Just silence. All phones are set to Ring and appear. all lines roll over. Only line 2 is actually working correctly.
