    windows95 to windows98

    Hello, this is a simple question. I have a system that is still running win95. I'ld like to upgrade it to win98SE and I only have the full install of 98. If i run this and reinstall the OS, does this blow away all of the programs and setting that are already in place? Thanks, Ben
