On a TDA is there a way to program a key to one touch transfer to a ICD Grp, in the same way that a DSS key is used. My local Panasonic Helpdesk have been getting back to me for weeks on this but i need an answer quickly, does anyone know if this is possible.

I have an Epson LX300+ serial printer for printing SMDR output (hotel application)it is cabled as per the manual and prints after activity on the phone system but the print is in giberish, not much info in the printer docs does anyone know what to change. Thanks

the 308 line hunts from CO1 to CO6 does anybody know if the line hunt can be reversed ie: CO6 to CO1 could not find a reference in the Manual and Panasonic helpline suggested placing CO1 into Trunk group 6 etc. This did not stop the Auto Line Access picking up CO1 first I have the Phone set for...
