    External Hard Drive, wrongly put different Power Adapter

    I have External Hard USB Drive 3.5 "(SimpleTech). Unfortunately, I have put wrong Adapter & turn Power ON and later on I realize that I have put wrong adapter. I have tried to put correct adapter but I see light comes up & then go away. I also smell some burning smell on side of Power adapter...
