I use Arcserve 2000 on a Windows 2000 SP4 server (backup hardware: DELL 130 T library, with two QUANTUM DLT7000 drives). Arcserve 2000- Exchange brick-level restore not working
We have Arcserve 2000 SP5 Backup agent installed on our Exchange 2000 SP3 mail server. Arcserve retention not working since SP5
Since I applied SP5 on Arcserve 2000 Advanced Edition, tape retention as configured in the media pool is not working correctly. Once a job has been done, the tape is moved to save set, but never moved back to scratch set after the defined retention time. I have to manually move tapes to scratch...- edarvas
