    Browser proxy settings not retained

    I have the Direcway 2 way satellite and run XP Home. With the satellite I was told by Direcway to go to IE and then tools then connections and then Lan. I was told to check the box for USE PROXY SERVER FOR LAN and I put in 127.0.0.1 port 83. I do this and then after maybe 15 minutes I might open...
