    DTU phone on a 2000IPS

    I tried to make a DTU phone work on a 2000IPS using a 4-DLCA card. I changed 1217 to a 1 (elite) but the phone wouldn't come up after a reset. DTP works with 1217 set to a 3. What am I missing?

    Hold pickup from console

    Customer wants to pick calls on hold off the console from a different phone. I gave feature number 16 a code of *#. I also allowed option 225 in COS. I assumed at that point they just dial *#1,2 or 3. It's not working. What am I missing?? Thanks in advance.

    guest mail box

    I have guest mail boxes that when a room call forwards to it, it transfers to the front desk and won't take a message. The room is checked in. How do I get it to take a message? Mitel Express messenger.
