    Checking Voicemail in PM

    Has anybody had the issue with 4.1(15) IP500 and using 4.1.20 User CD. From phone manager, double click voicemail and nothing happends. Downgrade the firmwire on the IP500 to 4.1(12) all works fine.

    Rack Mount

    Is it me, or has anybody else had a problem with the rack mount kits for the 500? after the RMK is on and screwed in from the side with the screw sticking out and the width of the unit incresses and in some cabinets won't fit?
