Does anyone know how to get the transfer call working on a Polycom VVX 1500? I have two setup on an IP500 V7 both works fine, but can't transfer calls to other extensions on the system.

Has anybody had the issue with 4.1(15) IP500 and using 4.1.20 User CD.
From phone manager, double click voicemail and nothing happends.
Downgrade the firmwire on the IP500 to 4.1(12) all works fine.
Is it me, or has anybody else had a problem with the rack mount kits for the 500? after the RMK is on and screwed in from the side with the screw sticking out and the width of the unit incresses and in some cabinets won't fit?

Does anybody know if you can display another extension voicemail in phone manager?
A user wants to check how many voicemails another users have and want to do this though phone manager.
I've tried using (for example) Vext Hext Vname Hname and these don't work.

Any idea why on the 5610 the call appearance button are aligned diffrently compared to the 5410? On the 5410 they are on the right hand side of the phone, next to the button. But on the 5610, they are in the middle.
I can't see anywhere to change this! anoying when the customer has both 5610...

I have two units on SCN, with voice networking.
this weekend we changed the IP Address of both unit, and now the voice networking now only works one way.
Anubody seen this before?
Has anyone have softphone working successfully? I've have a customer who been trying to get 10 softphone working - every PC seems to have diffrent problem with either voice quality - crakle - hissing - beeps - echo the list goes on and on! Randomly one or two do work fine!
