    PMG connection to Database

    I have set up Traffic analysis using Performance Data Manager but when I open the Presentation Manager application i don't seem to get any connection to the database. The message shown in lower left is 'Initializing connection to database server... Any ideas?

    VSU Recorded Announcement

    I have a good quality recording of some announcements I need to transfer to our VSU2. I have played the announcement into the handset while recording to the VSU but the quality is greatly reduced when recording this way. Is there a better way to transfer our announcements? System is MD110 BC10.

    Supervisor Intrusion on Operator extension

    Is it possible to intrude on an Operator extension and monitor the call? I have an ACD supervisor who can listen to her Call Centre Agent calls, now she wants to monitor Operators as well!

    Automatic immediate answer CALALT=6

    I have an extension with CALALT=6, this works fine with internal calls, a short tone and the call is connected, but external calls to this extension still ring! Any ideas?
