This seems to be a firefox only problem. The background image appears fine when viewed normally in firefox, but, when I print it the image shrinks to a very small size. Any ideas?

Exactly what the discription says. I know that this only indirectly links to php in itself, but, I tried globat.com after moving from another host where I was having problems and the experience has been less then satisfactory. I want to know if anyone knows of any cheap and fast hosting w/...
I'm pretty sure that this is related to the fact that the network shares on my server (windows 2k sp4) aren't showing up. It basically will not allow me to add any new computers to the domain. All users currently in the domain cannot access any of the shares either. I can find no errors...
I've got a few machines here that I added to an active directory domain. Of about the 20 or so that have been added 2 list the entire contents of their hard drives as read-only and 1 lists every drive (network shares too) as read-only. Other then a complete reformat I don't know what to do...
Using the GD library to open images and combine two into a calendar like picture I've run into a snag. I believe it happens because the image is too large and is erroring the script. I tried using if (!$img) to get around it but no luck. Does anyone know a better way of error checking for out...
We're trying to use data merge to make calendars using the pagemaker plugin to import all the data. This requires importing ~400-450 fields and the data to match. Every time we open the file it crashes indesign though. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it possibly an error related to the amount...
I'm running a PHP install onto of IIS version 5.0 running off of a box that has Windows 2000 Professional on it. Problem is that my PHP upload scripts will NOT run because they don't have permission. Unfortunately setting the permission in the MMC and chmod do not work.
OK, I have a database in which are contacts listed for orders to be placed at any given time. I'm trying to Export some of this information into XML using memory (not a temp file) and having the browser download it to be imported into another program. Any ideas?
Just figured this one out. Due to MS (as it only happens with IE6) if you have your webpage in redirection frames, you cannot use sessions. Opera/Netscape/Mozilla will all be able to use the site fine and sessions without flaw, but IE will fail to use them every time. Even on an Apache...
I know that you can add records and it'll keep track of case like UserName, but can you have it so you can have two records like Username and UserName? just the case as the difference?
I'm trying to use the Microsoft Common Dialog controls to change the fonts in a program from inside the program. But, whenever I call CD.ShowFont it tells me that there are no fonts installed on the system and errors out to my error trap. Systems are MS WinXP Pro. Any ideas?
I tried following the FAQ but it's a little complex. Was wondering if anyone could break it down a little for me or had a simpler way to connect from VC++ 6 to a SQL 2000 database on a remote host across the internet. I'm pretty new to VC++ 6 so any help or tuts would be greatly appreciated...
Ran into the odd problem. Ok, This computer on the network CAN connect to the internal network and can do just about anything it wants (within policy and restrictions) but it cannot connect to the internet. All of the settings are right, the cable is good as well as what i can tell of the...
I'm using an ActiveX DLL and there's a considerable load time on using it as I packed up all the possibly needed DLLs and OCXs inside of the .CAB file. After packaging I get a HTM File that I split into independant .HTML files to be pointed at each section (UserDocument) of the program. See...
We're using frames to load a VB ActiveX DLL inside of MSIE. Is there any way to make "Loading Please Wait..." appear inside of the framed page while it downloads the .cab file from the server and prepares to run the ActiveX DLL? This would be in the HTML portion somewhere.
I can't figure out how to make the image control resize the image down to the size of the box. It's been driving me nuts cause i can't remember. If anyone could point me on my way I'd be appreciative.
I'll admit it. I was busy moving fast trying to get too many things done at once and locked down the Admin account after creating two new accounts that were supposed to be the two new Admin accounts, BUT, i forgot to Admin them. So the system's locked down with only access to basic user...
I've read a couple of posts about transferring data into a document DLL but I've not understood it yet. Could someone explain a way to have variables come into an activex document dll. Reason being i need a transaction at verisign to complete before the document dll runs and it should gather...
