    Ratings Password

    Is there an easier way to remove a forgotten Internet Explorer ratings password than to uninstall the software? I believe the version is 5.5.

    Xerox N17-Reads Paper Jam

    We have a Xerox Docuprint N17 network printer that reads Tray1 paper jam everytime we send a print job. I have throughly checked this printer and it does not have a paper jam. I have upgraded the firmware on this printer and still nothing. Could this be a hardware issue?

    Keyboard Locked Unlock Keyboard

    Receive this message on old Unisys system. Have turned lock and unplugged the keylock cable, also reset bios. The system still gives me this message on bootup. Cannot boot to a disk. I also tried different keyboard.
