I'm trying to delete some PRI channels program like DID. I first go to load 60 and try to disable the dual PRI card but when I go to load 14 the channel wont delete and gives back code sch3531. I also try to disable the channel using dsch command and it doesnt work also.
I have a Queue with only two phones for Service Desk. One is a 2616 and the other a 3904. While in the 3904 the called is forced with a buzz tone in the 2616 it keeps bussing until it is answered. I want the 3904 same as the 2616. Any ideas??
the problem is that once the TN or system dials the ACOD: 1234 (configured in the hot d 1234) and you try to dial out with dtmf does not work (is yo try pulse it does work). It keeps giving you dial tone.

I'm trying to program a hot line that dials an access code, that for a system that will dial a 1800 number. The access code is for a PRI that has the channels cls DTN. The 500 has also cls DTN, but if I use my test phone, it only work in DIP (pulse). What I'm missing???
I'm working with a CS1K Rls. 4.5 with only ring 0 up. If I try to bring ring 1 up it start to have FIJI010 X X ... errors. I've tried changing the FIJI cards an all the optics with no positive results. Any suggestions?
I can't get the right configuration for the 6140. The AP are working fine, I got a QuickPhone that can scan the Wifi and see the TLAN, I can get IP from the TLAN on this phone (QuickPhone). But every time I start the 6140 it says No Net Found.

I got a problem with external call forwarding. The set is programmed with NCOS 0 because here everyone use authorization codes to dial out. The set's class of service are: cfxa, unr.
I also program in the customer data block (LD 15) under RDR: OPT CFF.
The incomming lines are PRI lines...
I recently upgrade my Meridian System from 25.30 to 4.5. Since then in the Core Equipment Window I can only get Status, I cannot disable nor enable a unit or any other equipment. We change the configuration in the OTM to be 4.5 but still doesn't work.
P.S. the system got all the patches.
I have an opcion 81 with 3 attendant in 3 different places. I want to assing different DN so I can call a specific attendant instead of dialing 0 and guess where its gonna end.

I have this option 11c. If someone call at any extencion I can transfer that call to a external number. But if I'm the one originating the first call, then I can't transfer that call to a external number. I think there might be a prompt in the customer data block. Any ideas??
I need to create a Phantom Loop on an Option 11c Rls.25.40b. I just tried what the NTP's said but it gave me back an error code (loop out of range). Did some one know how to do it??
