    Old Silent movie style

    I am running premiere 6.5 I have been asked to create a short film that will look like a silent movie from the 1920's or 30's. I assume I can shoot in sepia mode, but how do i add the scratches to the "film" surface to give it the realistic look? Thanks for your help..
