Memory Chip Question ???
Hello my desktop ( e machine)has only 4.01 GB and i want to upgrade the memory and i'm new to it. I checked my memory chip and it's a infineon chip with the following info HYS64V8300GU-8-C / PC100-222-620. Does it have to be an infeon chip i upgrade to? Does it have to be PC100 type ? Help !! Fatal Exception Message !! grrrrrrrr :(
Here's the deal. I was on a site recently and i was getting a bunch of pop up ads, so when i went to close em out my computer froze and about the time it did come back to life,it froze again saying " windows exlporer error" and it wouldnt let me go beyond that, now i can't even get into safe...- wyzeone

Help !!! Explorer Error
Ok here's the deal. I have windows 98 and when i go to boot up and get into the start screen ,a message says explorer caused illegal operation and will be shut down and explorer caused invalid page fault in module D3DLOL.LL at 016f:61c05319. When ever i close out the message, it pops right back...- wyzeone
