I am assuming we had a power event, and probably through the Ethernet. The IP Office experienced an abnormal termination. SIP had no audio, but copper was working. The next day neither was working. Replaced out the IP Office, still nothing. Rebooted the switch - it never came back...
Kept a spare control unit on hand in case hardware failed. Had a hardware failure today. Swapped out the control unit. Put the old SD in. System now reads 'system unlicensed'. Any ideas?
I have a third-party robo-dialer software connected to the IP Office. I need to be able to transfer the recipient to the operator if they press 0. Anyone have and idea how to do this? Thanks.
I have a Partner systen with Partner 18 phones. We have a coverage group for a particular department, and I have successfully added particular extensions to that group (group 771), but the department phones have a programmed button to manually join the group, and I do not know the keystrokes...
I am running exchange 2000 on windows 2000.
I have not required secure password authentication in the past, but I am about to so I can protect the usernames/passwords. I will inevitably go to SSL.
I am really just trying to gain a better understanding of the built-in secure password...
If I use ADSystemInfo, I can pull out the user's Common Name from the Active Directoy, but comes with it is also OU and Domain Names. Is it possible to truncate this or only pull out the user's alias?

I am on a Windows 2000 domain and running Access 2003
I can run all macros as an Administrator on the Domain, but all of my users get a "The expression you entered has a function name that Access can't find".
I have browsed the GPOs, but no such setting for Users...

I was getting a pop-up on a POP3 account while sending mail in OE 6 that asked for username, password, and domain, even if they were already entered in the account settings.
If I click cancel, the mail gets sent anyway.
If I enter the correct information, the mail gets sent and I don't get...
