Resource and hours import from Excel to Project
I have a tremendous (at least I think so) MS Project Plan (MS Project 2003) with 3500 tasks and about 100 resources. I developed the tasks in project, and I added the resource names...then exported them to excel, and then assigned hours in excel..it was much easier. So I have a spreadsheet...- stumanager
