Norstar 7.1 MICS on inbound calls to extensions with DIDs the caller does not hear ringing on their end. Call rings on the extension and is connected when the extension is picked up. Any programming or settings that could cause this?

Embedded VM on r8, incoming calls are answered by AA and if caller does not make a choice they are disconnected. Is there a way to route these calls to a destination based on the caller not making a choice?
