    What are the pros and cons to making our Exchange 2003 server a DC?

    Is there any reason I would not want to make my Exchange 2003 server a domain controller as well? It wouldn't be the only DC in the site, but having another DC in this site would be nice, and if it's a Global Catalog Server wouldn't it speed things up and reduce network load as well?
