I have changed the cor on my ext to allow directed call pick up. as soon as I dial the directed call pickup feature access code I get wave off tone. the ext. I want to pick up is in the same COR, but I dont' even get far enough to put the ext. in. any ideas? I use a 6408d+ set. Thanks

I used the EC500 method to block an incmoing call. works great! however it works on the main number and DID's (our local PRI), but if you call our 800# which comes in on a seprate circuit/trunk group to a DNIS, it doesn't work. any ideas? Thanks!
