xp pro slowdown
i have 2 almost identical computers even same motherboards ect. p4's with 600 free memory one a 40 gig the other 80 gig hard drive they connect with a hub to cable modem. both have always been very quick and dependable on the net. however i have just upgraded to win xp pro on both machines. only...- oldkatz

cant run programs
i have a p75 laptop with a backpack cd drive. it was given to me and worked good i installed the backpack cd and it worked. however it needed a good cleaning to get rid of programs i didnt need ect. so i reformatted the hard drive. i re installed win 98 and win 98 plus. that works fine. however...- oldkatz
