How do I change the time?

I have a Hipath 4000 with a night option #3 that has a phantom extension that forwards always to Voicemail. When I go to ACWIN and change the night option from 1 to 3 and test, all I get is a RNA. I went so far as putting the extension on a phone and forwarding it to voicemail to no avail...
