Will a BCM50 support DID trunks? I have heard that it will not. The only way to get DID numbers if via T1 or PRI. It will handle POTS lines but not DID.

Is there a way that I can setup an information only voicemail box? E.g. someone dials and all they hear is an outgoing message without the ability to lease a message?

Whe have programmed two appearances of a DID per handset. When we set DND on busy, if you are on the handset, you get a busy at the other end. We want it to appear, and not ring. Any ideas.
