I just setup Symposium Web Client 4.2 and everything seems good except I built a private Agent display and added the Not Ready Reason collumn, but it doesn't display any data.
I've been trying some of codes and no go, Any ideas?
We are looking at integrating our Call center with Symposium and our applications. Mostly we want to do screen-pops of our web-based apps, but want to see what other functionality we might find useful.
Anyone have a good experience with a CTI product, suite, etc?

Hey I was curious if anyone could give a tip on how to setup a script so that if a call was queued to skillset and wanted to be removed from skillset and return to a menu they could press a key?

Systems like Rightfax and the like have features where they can have incoming faxes automatically output to a network printer.
Is there a way to make Callpilot do this?
We have the callpilot server 201i running Callpilot 2.01. Our vendor never set this unit up to any backup solution.
I haven't found anything good in the manuals so I was hoping somebody could recommend a good solution.
Any advice would be helpful.

Hey I am having and issue with my Not Ready Codes on my I2004 sets showing two digits for every one keypress. I able to get some info from a TAC guy who said there's a patch MPLR16943 out there that corrects it, but is having a real hard time finding it.
Anyone else heard of this?
I've been waiting for days for my vendor and tech support to tell me what these messages that keeps popping up on my terminals mean. I get better info from this forum than I do from them, so if you can shed some light I would be very grateful.
